Through hands-on, active learning experiences and lessons by both university professors and professionals working in the field of cyber intelligence and cyber security, 13 students from Alpine, Fort Davis, Marfa, Del Rio, Presidio, Terlingua and students from Scranton schools had a unique opportunity to explore possible career paths in this emerging, dynamic and in-demand sector.

BREAKING NEWS: SRSU EARNS NCAA APPROVAL FOR SECOND PROVISIONAL YEAR
“We have been hard at work, ensuring compliance not just within the athletic department, but academics, financial aid and facilities,” said Athletic Director Amanda Workman. “This is a challenging process for all involved but it’s absolutely worth our time and effort to ensure success for our student-athletes, coaches and the institution. We are doing all we can to ensure a smooth transition through this three-year process and we’re excited with the progress made so far. We are eagerly awaiting Division II competition this fall and welcoming @lonestarconf institutions to Alpine.”
